Britney Spears smiles from cheek to cheek as she leaves the B2V hair salon in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

Brit was supposed to shoot her video montage Madonna’s upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour in Hollywood but there were technical glitches and other production delays with the elevator she will dance on/around.

“The video will be very deep,” a source in the Spears camp tells E! News. “You’ve never seen Britney like this before. It will blow your mind.”

When is she actually going to lose those extra pounds?? Her hair looks much better now, only left the body. Go Britney.
